Where are my notes?
In a folder on your device. In Notah, open Settings and look under Storage: you can see the folder, change it, or export everything. Each note is one small file, so any backup tool you already use will keep them safe.
Can I sync between my devices?
Yes. Put your Notah folder in a service you trust, such as iCloud Drive, and open the same folder on your other devices. Notah notices changes from other devices and keeps both copies if two edits collide.
Sharing a note
Open the note, choose Share, and send the link to your friend. You both need Notah open and need to be on the same network. If the link does not open Notah, make sure it was copied in full, including the part after the #.
The first time you open Notah on Windows
Notah is new, so Windows may show a SmartScreen notice. Choose More info, then Run anyway. You only do this once. On a Mac, Notah is notarized by Apple and opens normally.
Updates
Notah updates itself on Mac, Windows and Linux (AppImage). You can also download the latest version from the download page at any time.
